He meets his cousin Angelica, who was his first love, living on the first floor with her husband and daughter, and he recalls his childhood in times of the Spa...。牧师马克白因酗酒被执事会革除职位，含恨而死。在天堂得上帝旨意返地球消灭魔鬼。魔鬼使者阿标奉命拿取年青人灵魂。杰仔一心想出人头地，但因其貌不扬，处处碰壁，而且又得不到心仪女孩Peggy之芳心，另发现自己所作之曲被人盗用，觉得自己一败涂地。在心灰意冷之际，遇上阿标。标诱杰出卖灵魂，就可实现一生的愿望。杰信以为真，签下出卖状，标果然令杰心愿达成，不但一夜成名，而且嬴得Peggy芳心。但这一切令杰的为人越来越变质，终于杰悟出其中道理，凡事要量力而行。但这时候，标前来拿取杰的灵魂，杰不肯，牧师出手相救但不敌，标掳走杰。牧师求上帝赐予力量，与标一场激斗，救出杰。杰毁了出卖状，牧师牵引标走回正途，而有情人终成眷属。。
