兴洪与妹妹从缅甸偷渡至泰国边境，妹妹却被人口贩子拐走。来到曼谷後当导游助理的兴洪，却遇上洪水成灾而生意惨淡，他决定重返边境贩卖毒品原料盼能赚钱赎回妹妹。缅甸女子三妹为了得到台湾身份证替人蛇集团工作，一心梦想着新生活的她，带走兴洪的妹妹完成了贩运人口的任务，但身份证却仍遥遥无期……。此片由真实故事改编。讲诉一个毒贩被警察抓获，帮警察做任务来减少刑期。因为他的地域优势和才能，反犯罪集团决定任命他为卧底潜入一个威名远扬的摩托帮派——瓦格斯帮（Vagos）。在他潜入的过程中，必须经过一次又一次的伪装和打交道，才能在帮里调查出他们的底细。但在做任务的过程中，同时也在面临着危险....。Ally McBeal and Billy Thomas were going steady throughout their childhoods.
