中华小当家，（日文：中华一番!‎，漫画连载后期改为：真中华一番!‎），又译中华一番！或中华小厨师，是1997年至1999年于日本少年Magazine周刊连载，由小川悦司的漫画作品，此外并有动画版本发行播出。其内容主要描写中国四川省的年轻厨师刘昂星（注意：非刘“昴”星；外号阿昂，台湾动画播出时译为小当家）学习厨艺，到广州阳泉酒家修行，获得特级厨师（漫画中虚构的中国料理界的最高地位）资格，结交许多对于厨艺有志一同的朋友，及最后与“黑暗料理界”对抗过程的冒险漫画。。In the dusty streets of Crow's Landing, outlaws, wealthy plantation owners, runaway slaves, a half Cherokee girl, a pair of brothel owners and a woman days away from giving birth all end up in a bloody shoot out and running for their lives.。
