搬到一个偏远的小镇多年后，前警察皮帕在家中发现一具尸体，也因此重返她以为已经远离的黑暗世界。大学生青山霜介（横滨流星饰）在打工的地方与水墨画实现了命运的邂逅。霜介沉浸在深深的悲伤中，一幅用黑白两色描绘的水墨画在他面前展开，他的世界从此改变了。在巨匠筱田湖山（三浦友和饰）的邀请下，他走进了水墨画的世界。霜介虽然对仅用线条描绘的水墨画的世界感到困惑，但还是被深深吸引住了。。What really brings a small community together? When everything is at stake and sides are being taken, what does it take to stand up against the majority? And what are the consequences of raising boys to believe that winning means everything?。
