在孤儿英美（河智苑 饰）的生命中，有这么一位“长腿叔叔”：他为她资助学费，年年送她温暖的问候和礼物。英美总是期待能和长腿叔叔见面，感谢他的帮助。然而长腿叔叔却总是神秘地藏在她生活的背后。 大学毕业的英美进入电台担任编剧，并在以前同事的一间宿舍里住下。在这位旧同事留下的电脑中，她发现了一封未寄发出去的邮件，从邮件中，英美得知这是一个感人肺腑的爱情故事，故事的主人公默默地爱着另一个人，10年来爱意从未间断。如今，写信人患病了，将会慢慢失却记忆…… 英美决定要像长腿叔叔那样，帮助那些善良而无助的人，她要为那位陌生的同事找到意中人。 同时，英美也遇上了自己的白马王子，那就是电台同事俊浩（延正勋 饰）。当二人的感情浪漫铺开时，英美却发现了一个意想不到的秘密……。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
